Z-Prime Zehrung Brands Super-fast drying oil-based primer

Z-Prime is a super-fast drying, white pigmented, oil-based, stain blocking primer/sealer/bond-coat.

Versatile, time-saving primer for difficult surfaces including old enamel, pre-finished paneling, hardboard, aluminum and clean galvanized metal.  Adhesion to non-porous surfaces is excellent.  Provides a firm bond over any paintable surface for any conventional top coat.  Outdoors, Z-Prime may be used for spot priming or for dimensionally-stable surfaces such as aluminum, clean galvanized metal, or wrought iron.  For exterior wood priming, use oil-based Z-Prime Plus or water-based Z-Prime II.

Dries super-fast in 45 minutes. Z-Prime is usually ready for top coating in an hour or less, depending on temperature, ventilation, and film thickness.

Blocks stains -- bonds to difficult surfaces.  Seals and sticks to surfaces contaminated with oil, grease, smoke, or water-borne deposits where conventional primers are not successful.  Solves stain problems, such as water stains, graffiti, ink, and rust.

Over and under wallcovering.  Prepares almost any surface without the need for sizing.  Covers old wallpaper pattern without affecting the adhesive.  Even sticks to vinyl.
